TimeCalc Classic (TCC) is the latest release of our popular TimeCalc software, used for totaling payroll time cards and time sheets. TCC is a scaled-down version our industrial-strength universal time and attendance solution, TimeCalc 2000. TimeCalc 2000 provides advanced features for the most demanding payroll situations, where TimeCalc Classic is designed for less complex situations (at a slightly lower cost).
TCC gives you a basic toolset for totaling payroll time sheets and time cards. It is designed to be fast, efficient, and simple to use, making it ideal for non-accountants. TimeCalc Classic implements the changes most often recommended by our customers in over ten years of selling TimeCalc, while keeping it simple enough for the non-accountant.
Following is a partial list of TimeCalc Classic Features:
-Automatic conversion from hours/minutes to hours/hundredths (or the other way).
-Fast, no-nonsense data entry -- using the ten-key pad for efficient operation.
-Save and retrieve time card information.
-Can round input times where required.
-Full support for 12 or 24 hour clocks on both input and output.
-Full user font control for screens and printouts.
-Editing feature allows you to correct errors without reentering an entire time card.
-New report allows grouping by employee or single-page-printing.
-Calculator Mode for fast 10-key entry.
The download is a 30-day free trial. Afterward, you can purchase the program online by visiting our website (www.timecalc.com) or use the built-in "Register" function to register by mail. When you register you will receive a "Registration Key" by email to allow you to convert the demo to a reigstered copy at once. We ship a diskette copy by mail the same day of your order. Software can be licensed for 1 user ($29), 2-5 users ($49), 6-20 users ($89), or 21-100 users ($139) |
